RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the customer receives the order, subject to the requirements and exclusions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
All returns require prior authorization.
Customers should contact Snapper.Parts Customer Service at 786-592-2094 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions before shipping merchandise back.
Returned merchandise generally must be:

Unused
Uninstalled
Complete
In resalable condition
Returned with applicable original components and packaging
Certain products, including electrical parts and products that have been exposed to fuel, may not be eligible for standard returns.
Standard customer returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an eligible defect, shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or an error by Snapper.Parts.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise provided under our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that have been installed, fueled, oiled, operated, or otherwise placed into service may be subject to applicable manufacturer warranty procedures instead of our standard return process.
Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not entered final fulfillment or shipping may generally be canceled.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Eligible products may instead be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
